Patience Is A Virtue.
One of the most challenging projects is replacement of sills and beams because you need to lift the structure to make the repair. We firmly believe that in most cases you need to lift the building over a period of time to minimize plaster cracking. This can take from days to weeks. This repair was spread out over three weeks with no resulting cracking.
